A day at KidStrong Camp

From first warm-up to final flex.

Every day at camp is built to help kids win at life through high-energy movement, exciting challenges, and coach-led activities from drop-off to pickup. Here’s how a typical day takes shape.

  1. Explore the Floor

    10 min

Kids hit the Blue Floor to warm up, get moving, and get fired up for the day through dynamic movement activities that prepare them for the exciting challenges ahead.

  2. Affirmation & Greeting

    5 min

Every day starts with reps of confidence — our signature affirmation, "I am strong, I am brave, I can do this!" — plus eye contact, a firm handshake, and a strong introduction.

  3. The First 60

    60 min

A full hour of obstacle courses, head-to-head games, and relay races that build strength, agility, and grit — and it's the high-energy highlight of the day.

  4. Snack & Recharge

    20 min

A well-earned break to refuel, hydrate, and recharge before the next round.

  5. Kids' Choice

    25 min

Kids choose from coach-led ninja courses, obstacle courses, and movement challenges that reinforce balance, coordination, agility, and core strength.

  6. Daily Challenge

    15 min

A new featured challenge every day — kids go for personal bests, nail their form, and level up.

  7. Lunch

    40 min

A midday break to refuel and reset before the afternoon's activities.

  8. STEAM-Inspired Physical Activities

    30 min

Kids participate in coach-led physical challenges that encourage critical thinking through movement while developing core strength, coordination, balance, agility, and body awareness.

  9. Obstacle Course Challenge

    25 min

Kids work together to build and complete obstacle course sequences that reinforce balance, coordination, agility, body control, and core strength through coach-led movement.

  10. Closing Ceremony Practice

    15 min

Throughout the week, kids prepare for the Closing Ceremony by practicing movement skills, taking the podium, and confidently reciting the KidStrong affirmation before showcasing what they've learned to their families.

  11. Cooldown

    10 min

A focused recovery block of box breathing and mobility work to reset body and mind.

  12. Awards

    5 min

The big celebration to close the day — awards that recognize standout effort, character, and leadership.
